Golf Fitness Program
A 12 week golf fitness program for men and women designed to create more strength and flexibility in your golf swing.

Great Lakes Athletic Club – Functional Training Room (2nd level)
SESSION #1
Monday and Wednesday for 12 consecutive weeks – beginning January 7.
Time: 8:15p.m. – 9:15p.m.
Cost: $330.00 ($13.75 per session–24 sessions)
Maximum class size: 12
Minimum class size: 6
SESSION #2
Tuesday and Thursday for 12 consecutive weeks – beginning Jan. 8.
Time: 7:30p.m. – 8:30p.m.
Cost: $330.00 ($13.75 per session-24 sessions)

The program is formatted after the Titleist Golf Fitness Academy program as seen on the Golf Channel. The focus will be on golf specific exercises emphasizing lower weight, higher rep functional training.
The first session will be approximately 90 minutes, allowing the instructor to do an initial fitness evaluation on all participants.
Please inform Marc by email prior to the first session of any physical limitation you may have whether it’s lower back, knees, shoulders, wrists or hips. Each participant will complete the program with a much better understanding of the physical and functional relationships that occur in the golf swing.
